BELLA RUSTICA IS LEAVING TOWN

Today's the day. The movers are packing Kim's house right now. Tomorrow she begins her cross-country journey to her new home on Saint Simon's Island, Georgia. Since she'll be traveling with 3 large labs, she'll be taking her time. Coronado just won't be the same with her gone. I'll miss all of you!

I delivered these cushions to Kim last week, but this chair was off being repaired. I wanted to get pictures before the movers packed them.
Flat-flange welting in contrasting fabric.
Same for the back cushion.
This is an example of not-enough-of-either-fabric to make two complete cushions. So each got welting in the opposite fabric to at least make them look like they go together. Both fabrics are Sunbrella and will look great on Kim's new porch.

Ahhh, hard to see a friend leave…wishing Kim a safe journey and the best of luck in her new home.

Oh Tamerie, I have that same patio furniture in one of our barn stalls and the finish is all chippy. Ours is a weathered turquoise color, but seeing these with your fantastic cushions, I think I just may have new cushions made!

Fabulous job and I love the color combo!!

Love and hugs,
Karyn

HI Tamerie
Great job on the cushions. I'm sure Kim will love them.

I know you will be sad to see her leave. Please wish her all the best for her travels and new home and I'll catch you both soon. [working round the clock right now]

Take care xx Julie

Tamerie, see how she is getting everything possible covered by you, her personal seamstress and not leaving it to chance with a less skilled or talented newby!!
Your work is so lovely and I know that Kim will always think of you whenever she moves around her new home...oh so far away!!

Love the patio furniture cushions and all of the bolsters on the bed and the slipper chair and other pieces that you have completed!!

Enjoy the rest of your day!!
hUGS XoXo Nerina :)

Tamerie, those are the exact chairs I'm looking for! The ones I asked you about slipcovering for me! So, remember this photo when I finally come across the chairs and couch, which I'm SURE are in my future :o)
