NEW SEASON, NEW SLIPCOVER

I got this chair, free from a client, and since it was summer at the time, I slipcovered it in white duck cloth.  I have always thought, though, that just as we change our wardrobes according to the season, that we should do the same with our furniture.
Come winter, I made the chair a new 'dress' in a darker, more wintery print.  Ideally, each piece of furniture should have 4 different 'outfits', one for each season.  Of course, the problem then becomes, where and how to store all those extra slipcovers.  The reality is most people have just one slipcover for each piece, which is just fine.  The other thing I sometimes do is make extra cushion covers, as these are what generally need to be washed more so than the base, and it is far easier to wash just the cushion covers than the entire slipcover.
