ANOTHER SUNBRELLA SLIPCOVER

I have made more slipcovers lately with Sunbrella than ever before. This family has 2 young children and a dog, so the benefits that make it a popular outdoor fabric, make it just as appropriate for indoor use.
All of the pillows have a different fabric on the front and back and a contrast welting, which makes it seem like there are 10 pillows instead of just 5!
I took this shot so you could see the different fabrics.
The chair got a new slipcover, too. Another of the reversible pillows looks great on it.
Button-back. I was able to cover the buttons with the stripe running down the middle so that it matches exactly the stripe down the back. It makes the buttons virtually disappear.
And last, but not least, I made a cushion for the breakfast nook bench in the kitchen.

Love it, Tamerie!! What an excellent idea using Sunbrella. I have the fabric on my outdoor chairs and it is incredibly soft and comfortable. I wish I had used something like that in my Summerhouse at the lake, because people often sit down in wet bathing suits.

The sofa and chairs turned out beautifully. Kudos to you on a fine job!

Happy Halloween, my friend! ;-)

Wow, what a great job. I live in MA and people are always looking for someone who is willing to slipcover their sofas. I wished you lived closer. Stunning work.

Happy Halloween

Your work is perfect. The cream and blue colors are refreshing too. I've never thought of using that material, but it makes perfect sense. It has to be a little tricky to do the fine detailed work with that fabric and again, you do it perfectly.

Love all the stripes..., the pillows and that cushion for the breakfast nook is awesome. I think I'll try to slip cover an older sofa we have that's actually part of the kitchen. It just needs to be white or striped!
